stioldA custom dynamic website redesign for a staffing and training firm.  STI provides Fortune 500 experienced executive support for limited or short-term engagements, and can also find full-time talent for businesses at the lowest cost in the industry.

This project was a rescue operation in a situation that we unfortunately encounter all too often.  STI had hired a firm to design their branding and website, but the company was difficult to reach, took forever to get anything done, and delivered a final product that not only looked unprofessional but just plain didn’t work.  The client had to return to the company for even the smallest changes to text and content, and although the site provided a way for people to register online, the administrative system provided for the collection of information was clunky and disorganized.

AndiSites did a total redesign of the site and branding, resulting in a much more professional and attractive look-and-feel.  We created a streamlined online registration system for job seekers that feeds into an intuitive backend, as well as a form that allows users to contact the company directly for more information (all form contents are emailed to the company immediately).  A video page allows the client to post videos of interest to job seekers and employers.  An integrated WordPress blog allows the client to post recent news and thoughts on the industry.  And, of course, we created a custom Content Management System that allows the client to administer all content himself, eliminating the need to return to us if he needs to make an update.

Future development for this site will include a live seminar registration system; e-commerce enabling the sale of training materials; live and self-paced training courses; and video resume capabilities.
