Hi, I’m Andrea (the “Andi” in AndiSites)–professional actress, web designer, and veteran of the corporate world. With an extensive resume ranging from national spokesperson to corporate trainer to director of communications, I’ve gotten the message out for major Fortune 500 firms as well as small businesses and individuals across the country. In addition to more than 10 years in New York City on both the entertainment and corporate sides, I’ve also spent a fair share of time in front of the camera, learning how great stories are told through just-right image and dialogue. I know first-hand how vital it is to give your audience a great experience, and I’ve turned part of my professional life towards helping you do the same online.
AndiSites brings you more than 20 years’ experience in communications, up-to-date expertise in web standards and design trends, the latest training and technology, and brilliantly talented friends and colleagues. With AndiSites, you get friendly, personal, creative attention as well as expert guidance on design, marketing, and technology. AndiSites is not a big, impersonal design firm. We’ll listen to what you want, not tell you what you should want. We’re small, so we can focus on you.
I love to design and build beautiful, effective websites (and other marketing collateral) for people and businesses. I’ve also had great success booking jobs and attracting clients through my own actor website, www.andreapowell.com, proving that if the people who hire can learn about you easily, you’re in a much better position to get that work.
I’m here to help you get the website you need, and to be sure you have a great, easy experience.
And the sites themselves?
Simple, social, search-engine-friendly, and fast-loading. AndiSites avoids forcing your visitors to download plug-ins or upgrades to enjoy your site, and we make sure they’ll be able to find your information easily.
AndiSites keeps up with the latest design trends and programming so that your site can be seen and understood by the widest possible audience. We test all our sites on PCs and Macs; in the latest releases of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, and AOL as well as on iPods and iPhones. If someone is having trouble with your site, please let us know. Depending on the issue, we can suggest adjustments on the user’s end (browser setting, etc.) or make simple changes to code.
