website maintenance

Keeping your website current and up-to-date is important.  If you have a blog, regular entries are vital to getting and keeping an audience.

To update your site yourself, you’ll need a Content Management System (CMS).  We offer the following options:

  • If you’d like to update text and photos (in the main section of pages, not in photo galleries) in your standard website, our simple AndiSites CMS will allow you to do that as well as upload linked files.
  • If your site is based around a blog (either with or without non-blog pages), we can build you a site based on WordPress as a CMS.
  • If you’d like something more in-depth, we can build a custom CMS with full bells and whistles. Whatever you need, we can make it happen.

If you’ll only be making changes once or twice a month, consider a monthly or twice-monthly website maintenance program, the most cost-effective solution if your site materials change regularly. (NOTE: Added pages will be billed either according to their content or on an hourly basis.)

Or, if you’ll only be making changes infrequently, you can come back to us anytime for changes and updates charged on an hourly basis (15-minute increments, and many changes take less than 15 minutes to complete).  Many clients find this the best way to go for their standard non-dynamic sites.  Text/photo changes are $40.00/hour;  video/audio changes are $50.00/hour.

Enterprise-level maintenance plans are available for large sites that need regular looking-after.  Contact us for more information and to discuss your needs.
